Mamavonok Doll Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

If you’re already an experienced toy maker, you’ve probably heard of (and are probably using) all of these tips. But for anyone new to the world of amigurumi, I thought I’d put together a little list of techniques that really improved the look of my toys.
The “magic ring”
You know that annoying little hole that gets stuck in the middle of the first round when you crochet a chain? The answer to this problem is a “magic ring”, an adjustable loop that you can tighten. Check out the tutorial HERE.

Materials
1. Papatya Cotton Touch 0120 (100g / 300m) – body color (any other semi-cotton can be used)
2. Himalaya Dolfin Baby 316 – orange, less than half a skein
3. Eyes on a safety mount 16 mm
4. Black and dark orange thread for embroidery on the face
5. Hook No. 2 and No. 4
6. Needle with a large eye
7. Filler
